"Initially assigned car had a breakdown and they had to despatch another one . Good thing I aranged to be picked up a lot earlier otherwise I would have missed my long waited for appointment . These things do happen , don't think you can prevent or avoid them .Driver was very polite and helpful and communication was very good , they kept me updated with the timing of the replacement car ."
