I wouldn’t mind I had phoned the day before and emphasised the importance of the taxi been on time. I would have brought it forward by 15 mins but was told £10 admin fee which I found despicable. In summary terrible service, will never use again and will tell others bad experience."

"The car for our return journey was much nicer than the one that you picked us up with. At the time of booking our transfers i told the operator that the journey would be going via a different address to pick something up and then be taken to our destination. The driver did not know this so wasn't aware of the address that had been provided at the time of the booking. The driver did text to say that we needed to contact him when we had got our bags and through security. He continued messaging to ask us if we had got our bags but obviously we didn't contact him at that stage because we were not through security. However once we were and we contacted him he was at the airport quickly to pick us up. "

"Driver going was on time and helpful loading and unloading the car. He was however miserable and we felt like we were causing him hassle by being there. Driver on return did not meet us in airport even though we informed them of flight details/ times and updated when we knew the flight was delayed. After ringing him we were told he was nearly outside so to go to the car park. We then had to wait outside in cold rain with young child, lots of luggage and car seats for over 10 mins. After a second call to see where car was he finally arrived. Driver then was very pleasant, did apologise for the delay and was very helpful loading and unloading car. Not exactly the first class service we expected on booking given there were more cost effective alternatives, but did the job and got us all there and home safely."

It is not my problem the airport car park charges £2 - this is something that as a business should be recognized and dealt with. Dropping your passengers off at the car park 10 minute walk away from the airport entrance is not an acceptable solution! I travel almost every week and require airport transfers every time. I thought i would try taxicode but i will not be using you again"

Journey to the airport was frankly appalling, the vehicle was old, completely knackered, air con wasn't working, it was grubby and knackered, lights were missing inside and clearly had serious transmission issues, we feared we would not make it. The driver was erratic to say the least The return journey could not have been more different, a fabulously clean and professional vehicle, with a calm steady driver who was a consumate professional. It's a shame as if this gentleman had done both routes you would have had 5 stars, the first guy wouldn't have had one. Also I thought I had booked through Rutland Taxis, it appears this was not the case, not that this is an issue"
